Piano, Flute, Piccolo, Voice

Anneliesa T. is a versatile pianist who teaches and performs in many styles and genres: classical, musical theater, jazz, gospel and popular music from all eras. Anneliesa’s career as a pianist has given her many opportunities to perform, and highlights her love for all music. 

Anneliesa graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance. During her classical piano training, she studied with Dr. Irena Kaufman. She received her Master’s Degree in Collaborative Piano for Vocals at the Manhattan School of Music. She was a student of Thomas Muraco, who previously worked with Leonard Bernstein.  Anneliesa also attended Classic Lyric Arts in Collaborative Piano for Vocals in the summer of 2021 while assisting in vocal coaching and musical artistry for performances. 

Additionally, Anneliesa was the music director and pianist for a recent Off-Broadway production of “A Woman’s Suffrage.” She has produced and directed cabarets at the popular New York City venue Don’t Tell Mama, as well as community musical theater performances which include “Peter and the Star Catcher,” “The Addams Family,” and “Shrek.”

Anneliesa enjoys teaching music. Music is a true passion for her, and she is willing to give her all in teaching music efficiently and effectively.  She feels that learning music is a crucial component in helping children learn about character, problem solving, and reaching a goal. She also believes that sharing her students’ musical talent in recitals and community events/gatherings gives them a boost of confidence and accomplishment.
